What we store

Your account (name, email, phone), the businesses you belong to or are a client of, sessions with before and after photographs of body regions, notes and product recommendations written by your esthetician, and a record of your acceptance of the agreement.

Photographs

Photographs may reveal health-related information and are treated as sensitive. They are stored in encrypted object storage, are visible only to you, to the business that created them and to that business's parent organisations, and can be deleted on request from the app.

Automated analysis

A skincare professional may request an AI comparison of your photographs over time. The images are sent to the AI provider the business has configured (for example Anthropic), under the provider's API terms, and are not used to train models. Results are cosmetic observations, never a medical diagnosis.

Email

We send transactional email only: onboarding, password resets, a copy of the agreement when you accept it, and a report after each session.

Deletion

Delete your account from Profile in the app, or write to the support address below. Photographs and records are removed; backups are purged on a rolling basis.
